What is Cupping?

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for 1-3 minutes to create suction. Cupping benefits include reducing pain and inflammation, increase blood flow, relaxation, and well being. I practice dry cupping.
